Chloe Norgaard has constantly adapting hair, whether it is ombre blue and green or bright purples. She has been able to integrate her dynamic hair into all aspects of the fashion industry. Although some may describe her as a new Charlotte Free, I think Chloe exudes a much brighter enthusiastic vibe than Charlotte ever did. Chloe has a beautiful fresh face. She also has the greatest eclectic and pop cult street style, consisting of furry coats to tattoo necklaces. She has been featured in campaigns for Planet Blue and is an in upcoming Forever 21 campaign alongside Josh Beech. Chloe also has recently spurred my new craving to dye and bleach my hair dry.
